I grew up in the Midwest hunting and fishing with my family. Now that I'm grown, my wife (Lauren) and I have formed a bond cooking together (even though she doesn't care for most of the wildlife I bring home)!
I'm an avid deer hunter and fisherman. And, like most avid deer hunters, my wife rarely sees me from October to January! I recently begun pheasant hunting and also occasionally hunt other wildlife. The purpose of my blog is to share with you the recipes I find and create to bring the great outdoors to your dinner table.
